Not an official deadline. With a Dutch address you log in with DigiD, which the government says takes about five days. Without one you upload a scan or photo of your passport or EU identity card and Studielink verifies it automatically. Either way, do it well before 15 January.

Both Dutch deadlines fall well before this. How a conditional place pending results is handled is set by each institution; ask yours.

What it is
You learn to solve problems in economics and business with econometric models, machine learning, time series and statistics, for example predicting inflation or forecasting inventory. Year one covers calculus, linear algebra, programming, statistics, finance and macroeconomics, with an introduction to data science. Year two adds data structures, econometrics, databases and a small-group Data Science Project on real cases. In year three you take a minor or study abroad, take machine learning and robust statistics, and write a thesis on a topic you choose. Group work and company contacts run through the degree, and the study association organises company visits.
