Management and Leadership

You learn management methods and tools, self-management, collaboration and communication, setting up and funding a business, social innovation, evidence-based management, traditional and agile project management, leadership and organisational culture, sales, finance, change management and data analysis. Teaching is experiential, with real projects commissioned by business partners, business simulations, case studies and 960 hours of internships over the three years; partners include mBank, Nordea, DHL, Procter and Gamble and Volkswagen Poznan. After year one you choose between Start-ups and Project Management. Graduates work as project managers, start-up founders, business developers, product owners, business analysts, innovation specialists and agile coaches.
