What it is
Practical work in a range of dance techniques and styles, centred on modern and contemporary forms, runs alongside methodology and didactics of dance teaching. You also study dance history, pedagogy, psychology, voice education and anatomy to support the analysis of movement, and get a grounding in dance composition, improvisation and choreography. Graduates work as dance teachers, dancers, ballet masters or choreographic assistants in companies and educational settings, or move on to the continuing master's in Prague or to art schools abroad.

What you need
- No grade minimum: a dance technique exam and written test, then teaching demonstrations and interviews; B2 English and a medical certificate are required.

No IB points minimum: auditions, portfolios and talent exams decide. AMU's page lists the IB among foreign diplomas it assesses for a small fee; by Czech law it needs no nostrification.
How places are decided
- Send a CV, cover letter, a teaching video and two written combinations; round 1 (technique, written test) needs 20 of 25, round 2 (demonstrations, interviews) 20 of 25.
