What it is
The economics half covers econometrics, political science, applied analytics, behavioural science and technology, while the mathematics half covers calculus, linear algebra, statistics, differential equations, mathematical modelling, programming and machine learning. You learn to apply mathematical language to real economic problems using various programming languages. The result is a profile suited to finance, economic consulting, data analysis and sustainable development. Graduates become financial data analysts, econometric analysts, risk management consultants, financial modelling specialists or data scientists in economic analysis.
