What it is
The degree gives a broad technical and scientific base in industrial engineering and then adds mechanical specialisation, with applications in design, production, management, automation and aerospace. Learning combines lectures with laboratory work and hands-on projects, student teams that work on real engineering projects, an industrial internship and a thesis. Mobility options include a special exchange with China (PoliTong), a partnership programme with the USA and a wide European and worldwide partner network. Graduates are prepared to manage industrial transformation and innovation, working in industry or continuing to a master's and PhD research.
What you need
- TIL-I test (in English or Italian) or SAT with 650+ in each section. Places are shared with the Italian track (710 in all, 600 for EU students).
