Not an official deadline. With a Dutch address you log in with DigiD, which the government says takes about five days. Without one you upload a scan or photo of your passport or EU identity card and Studielink verifies it automatically. Either way, do it well before 15 January.

What it is
The programme looks at sport through three values: its health, economic and social value. Throughout the degree you complete challenges, practical assignments in professional organisations, with work-based learning each year, plus a compulsory Outdoor Experience in year one and a Wintersport Experience in year two. You can use campus facilities such as the Equipment Centre, Sports Field Lab and Swimming School, choose electives, study abroad during a challenge, or join the honours education. Graduates work as sport marketers, event managers, sports entrepreneurs, coaches, policy officers or community developers, or continue to a master such as Healthy Ageing Professional.
What you need
- VWO-level entry (IB Diploma). Apply by 15 June; online matching day and a sports medical fitness test.

The IB Diploma meets the HAVO-level entry for 4-year programmes and counts as VWO-level for the 3-year ones. It also exempts you from the English test.
How places are decided
- Binding: a motivation letter and online matching day, then a sports medical fitness test (about €190); both must be positive. Apply by 15 June.
