Not an official deadline. With a Dutch address you log in with DigiD, which the government says takes about five days. Without one you upload a scan or photo of your passport or EU identity card and Studielink verifies it automatically. Either way, do it well before 15 January.

What it is
Year one covers legal English and research skills, Dutch law as an example of legal skills, criminal law, legal history, contract and tort law, and an introduction to international and European law; year two adds comparative constitutional law, technology law, EU law, property law, law, power and politics and public international law. From year two you choose International and European Law or Technology Law. Everyone spends a semester abroad at a partner university in year three and writes a bachelor thesis. Almost all graduates continue to a master, and they work as diplomats, policy advisors, NGO and UN specialists or compliance officers.
What you need
- Compulsory online matching. English test can be waived if your IB school teaches only in English, or with English A or English B HL (B SL: a 5 and 35 points).

How places are decided
- Not selective, but the online matching activity is compulsory (its advice is not binding); skip it and your registration is blocked. Apply and upload by 1 May 2027.
