A genuine 2027 date. The written paper is 75 questions in 90 minutes - 20 biology, 20 chemistry, 20 physics, 15 logic - worth 225 points, with up to 90 more from an interview. Sitting it in Prague on this date means travelling before your IB results arrive.

London on 2 July 2027 is one of the two dated overseas sittings nearest Denmark; the other is Berlin on 13 July. The London sitting falls four days before IB results are released on 6 July. The faculty publishes no registration deadline for its overseas sittings, so ask the organiser when you must sign up.

Run through the agency Medical Doorway, and with London (2 July 2027) the nearest dated sitting to Denmark - reachable in a day. Oslo, nearer still, has no date yet. Unlike the Prague sittings, the faculty publishes no registration deadline for Berlin, so ask the agency when you must sign up.

What it is
This six-year degree, taught in English, gives a firm footing in both theoretical and clinical medicine and leads to the MUDr. title. Graduates go on as practising doctors, and many are offered jobs before their final year ends. The qualification allows you to work or train further as a specialist elsewhere in Europe and in North America, and graduates may also go into medical research or postgraduate specialist programmes.

What you need
- Test in biology, chemistry and physics, then five online mini-interviews. IB 36+ with HL Biology, HL Chemistry and a third science or maths HL, each 6+, adds a 10% bonus.

Every IB applicant at Charles University
Charles accepts an IB Diploma automatically, with no assessment fee. Each faculty runs its own selection; a few faculty pages still list a recognition fee for foreign diplomas, so ask.
How places are decided
- The test (with any bonus, final IB results only) decides who reaches the interviews; places go on interview score alone. 2026 criteria; 2027 not yet published.
