A performer's degree with vocal performance as the main subject: preparing and performing works in many styles as a soloist or in ensembles, with music history and theory.
Vocal performance is studied in every semester together with chamber vocal performance, the phonetics of foreign languages, Italian, stage speech, stage movement, acting and dance, plus piano as a secondary instrument. Theory, ear training, music history, the history of vocal art and of Lithuanian music complete the core. Stage experience comes through opera practice and professional practice, and the degree ends with an opera art project, a chamber singing art project and a final art project.
